As well as your baalako joining the organisation there is a huge opportunity for you the parents to join ShiPA (Shishukunj Parents Association) workforce. ShiPA are the backbone of the workforce they do the silent work that makes the life of the Kendra Nayaks and their easier.

The atmosphere that they do things in are they are always positive towards whatever whether its doing choki (administration) or whether they are helping out with parking, they are always out early diverting traffic with a warm welcome whatever condition they face.
